Everything About Puccini
NEST |
Giacomo Puccini’s works are among the most popular with audiences worldwide. And so, in all relevant surveys, titles such as Tosca, La Bohème, or Turandot are frequently cited as “favorite operas,” and the lyrics of many an aria are quoted flawlessly—at least the beginning. But how well do regular opera-goers—both men and women—really know Puccini and his works?
Anyone who’d like to test their knowledge—and who’d also enjoy a group Puccini trivia game—is therefore invited on October 10 October at this month’s edition of the opera quiz at NEST! As in previous years, the driving force behind the event, Georg Nigl, once again serve as the moderator, guiding the evening and leading the playful exploration of various topics related to Puccini. The focus is on collaborative learning and a high level of entertainment. Whether on stage or in the audience: Participating is strongly encouraged.
