• Assisting with planning and helping to set up and take down all types of events for the props and stage departments

Working in close partnership with the Academy Director, you will provide strategic leadership across the Academy's operations, finance, administration, people, partnerships, and organizational development. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will drive organizational excellence, support world-class ballet education, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture for students, families, faculty, and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Together with the Director of the Ballet Academy, you shape and implement the strategic vision, organizational development, governance framework and long-term growth.
