Management / Commercial Management

To strengthen our Guided Tour Team we are looking for an employee (Back & Front Office) part-time 20h/ week with immediate effect

Tasks:

  • Staffing the guided tour telephone during core hours Monday - Friday from 09:00 - 13:00:
    • Answering all inquiries
    • Assistance with problems
    • Support with the coordination of group enquiries
  • Answering and maintaining the "Guided tours" e-mail inbox:
    • Answering all inquiries (individual bookers and group inquiries)
  • Support with the monthly creation of guided tours in Jet Ticket
  • Working closely with the operational manager of the guided tours:
    • Internal clarification of tour dates
    • Creation of guided tour poster
    • Assistance with updating our guided tour screens
  • Willingness to help out during 09:00 guided tours
    • Collecting on site
    • Conducting a group tour
  • Coordination of special tours / in-house requests (administrative, no implementation)

For this position we offer a gross salary of € 2,500 (14x) on a full-time basis. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,364.71 gross per month based on full-time employment. Additional remuneration is paid for carrying out a tour outside working hours (€ 49.71 gross per tour as of 04/2026).

Technical management

To strengthen our technical departments, we are looking for stage technicians (full-time) from September 2026

Tasks:

  • Supervision of rehearsal and performance operations for musical theater productions
  • Set-up, conversion and dismantling of decorations for rehearsals and performances

Required training (or comparable qualification):

  • Completed vocational training in a woodworking profession or
  • Completed vocational training as a painter and coating technician or
  • Completed vocational training as an upholsterer/decorator
  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession

Requirements:

  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Absolute freedom from vertigo and a head for heights
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and the ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays and split shifts)
  • As a male applicant: completed military or civilian service
  • Fundamental interest in musical theater and good manners
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Willingness to work overtime and take part in guest performances abroad

Make-up artists

We are looking to strengthen our make-up department with immediate effect
→ Make-up artists - occasionally as temporary helpers

Tasks:

  • Supporting our make-up team during rehearsals and performances

  • Professional and role-appropriate make-up for stage and television according to artistic specifications
  • Professional and role-appropriate hairdressing and styling of hair according to artistic specifications
  • Professional application, adjustment, removal and cleaning of wigs, hairpieces, facial hair as well as bald heads, partially bald heads, plastic facial parts, wounds, etc.

 

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a make-up artist or hairdresser and wig maker or

  • Training as a qualified make-up artist or make-up artist

  • Experience in theater, film or television is an advantage

  • High level of craftsmanship and creativity

  • Resilience and composure in stressful situations

  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, reliability and enjoyment of working with artists

  • Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)

  • Very good knowledge of German

Remuneration is in accordance with the 1999 collective agreement for technical staff.
For one shift (4 to max. 6 hours) the pay is € 69.92 gross, on public holidays € 101.79 gross.
This is a daily, marginal employment that is subject to income tax, but is only covered by accident insurance.

Note: From January 1, 2026, marginal employment in addition to unemployment benefit is only permitted in a few exceptional cases.

To strengthen our in-house workshop department, we are looking for from September 1, 2026

→ an upholsterer and interior designer (f/m/d)

to maintain operations (repairs and maintenance) in the auditorium and office area.

 

The following tasks await you:

  • Upholstery of spectator seats
  • Sewing curtains and throws
  • Laying floor coverings
  • Affixing adhesive films
  • Painting, varnishing and other repair work

You should have the following qualities:

  • Manual skills and technical understanding
  • Completed apprenticeship as an upholsterer and interior designer
  • A high level of commitment

  • Very good physical condition and resilience

  • Ability to work in a team and reliability

  • As a male applicant: completed military or civilian service or corresponding exemption

To strengthen our lighting department, we are now looking for a

→ Lighting technician (full-time)

Tasks:

  • Setting up, connecting and illuminating spotlights on the stage, the lighting bridges and the galleries - in daily operations for rehearsals and performances

  • Maintenance and carrying out repair work for the extensive lighting equipment

  • Production of custom-made lighting equipment

  • Computer-aided documentation of the various lighting equipment

Required training:

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical trade (e.g. electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or

  • Completed vocational training as an event technician

Requirements:

  • Technical understanding and manual skills
  • Professional experience in a theater or in the field of event technology
  • Fundamental interest in musical theater and good manners
  • Absolute head for heights/ability to work at heights
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and the ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays as well as split shifts)
