About the Workshop
In an intergenerational format, we open our rehearsal stages and invite people of all ages to get to know artistic working methods, try them out and become active themselves.
Each workshop focuses on a different impulse in the areas of voice, improvisation, theater and dance. The individual dates are self-contained and can be attended independently of each other.
No previous knowledge is required.
About this session
In this workshop, we combine freestyleexercises with choreographic tools and use both to create something new together. Every style, every background, and every body type is welcome.
Whether you feel more comfortable with choreography or freestyle – the point here is to discover new possibilities for movement and expression, developing your own ideas, and creating a space where you don’t have to choose between choreography and freestyle.
